“I had a lot of ideas in my head, but I wasn’t sure. I didnt have clarity. I couldn’t hone in on specifics. I hadn’t gone deep enough in myself. What was really in there. I found out that I really needed to get to know the real me first before I can make that decision of where to go next. I really started the see the things I knew about myself, but I had just sort of lost it because I was too being trying to be who I thought I was suppose to be. It was very eye opening. It felt like a lot of pressure and confusion was taken away. I was no longer struggling to be something that I wasn’t. It gave me more clarity. There is no judgement, always safe. It’s always uplifting even it’s a rough session, by the end we are all uplifted. I would absolutely recommend it because in a personal way it helps us get our own sense of identity, clarity to make decisions easier. Jen has a special kind of gift in helping people and she understands what trauma is like even if we don’t recognize it in ourselves.
